Moorland View is the perfect base for walking and sight-seeing holidays in the Yorkshire Dales National Park as well as a fantastic holiday location for cyclists and wildlife lovers.
    We are in Garsdale where it meets upper Wensleydale, 6 miles from Hawes, 9 miles from Sedbergh, and a 5-minute walk from Garsdale station on the famous Settle-Carlisle line.

    This stylish former farmhouse offers a high standard of fixtures and fittings with modern furnishings while retaining the traditional stone and wooden floors. It is centrally heated as well as having two log-burning stoves.

    There is a large farmhouse kitchen with dining area and a separate 'snug' sitting room with a woodburning stove and piano. The two spacious double bedrooms share a large bathroom with modern walk-in shower. Although we advertise as a 2 bedroom, we have a spare room that is available with a single bed on request.

    There is off-street parking and an enclosed garden, offering magnificent views of Baugh Fell and Garsdale. From exploring in the summer or cosying up in the colder months, Moorland View is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the Dales.

NOTE: Moorland View can be booked for larger groups in conjunction with the adjacent cottage Baugh Fell View. Sadly, the stone and wood floors mean this property is not suitable for children under the age of five. Moorland View is a non-smoking property.
